XPLORE Soccer began long before the company had a name—back in 2012, when Coach Tati led a group of youth players overseas for what would become the very first international soccer experience of its kind. His original intention wasn’t to build a business. It was simple and pure: he wanted his players to feel what he once felt—the magnitude of soccer on the global stage.
The team trusted him, followed his vision, and boarded that plane. What happened over those unforgettable days—playing against international teams, feeling the passion of global fútbol culture—was transformative. The players still talk about that trip to this day. It wasn’t just soccer. It was identity, belonging, inspiration.
For Tati, this wasn’t a one-time adventure. It was proof of what he had always known:
Soccer becomes something far deeper when you experience it beyond your own borders.
Coach Tati’s connection to the global game runs deep. Born and raised in Argentina—where fútbol is woven into life—he built an impressive professional résumé. Highlights of his career include earning a position on the Argentinian indoor national team for the 1994 Indoor World Cup, where he played alongside the legendary Diego Maradona. His passion for the game brought him to the United States, where he continued his professional career with many professional teams. For over 22+ years, Coach Tati has been coaching and developing youth players. His unique approach combines elite technique, intentional repetition, and the belief that every athlete should feel the game—not just perform it. His coaching is as passionate as his playing, and his technical expertise, vision, and strategic mind make him an extraordinary leader on the field. But more than anything, Coach Tati sees soccer as a vehicle for growth. For courage. For discovery. What started as a single international trip to inspire one team evolved into XPLORE Soccer—a company with a mission to elevate youth athletes by giving them the chance to experience soccer the way he once did. Because once you play on the world stage, you’re never the same.
